The hotel offers a great location within walking distance of the historic center, and the rooms are quite comfortable for our needs. The service was really attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, the lack of an elevator was a downside since the hotel has three floors, which made it a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was not ideal, as it lacked variety and had some noise issues.

This hotel has a lovely setup, spread over three floors with a charming courtyard view from the top floors. The staff members are incredibly friendly, especially one who taught me some local phrases. However, the lack of an elevator made getting to my room a bit of a workout, and the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. Overall, I found it to be a nice place with a great location and friendly service but with some room for improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, being walking distance from Querétaro downtown, which made exploring easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, especially the breakfast options, which were modest considering the price. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with some room for improvement in dining.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spread over three floors, offering a nice lounge and bar on the ground floor and cozy bedrooms on the top floor. However, it felt a bit cramped at night since the lounge didn’t serve much purpose after hours, leading to a lot of time spent under the covers.
Service

The service was fantastic! The staff prepared beautiful eggs and a delicious green sauce, and I loved learning some words in the Chinantego language from one of the friendly staff members.

The facilities were decent, but the number of options available was limited. The outdoor area near the lounge was nice, but could use some enhancement to be more inviting.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is set in a really great location, just a short walk from downtown Querétaro, making it easy to explore the historic area. The rooms were decent, although they felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom situation wasn't great either. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with friendly staff who went above and beyond. However, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement, as it was quite basic for the price paid.
